Effective date: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Tagoraa platform, operated by Tagora Tech ("we," "us," "our"). By using Tagoraa — as a law firm, lawyer, administrator, or website visitor interacting with the chat widget — you agree to these Terms.
Tagoraa is an AI-assisted intake and scheduling tool for law firms. It collects contact details and scheduling preferences from prospective clients through a chat widget, matches them to a lawyer, and manages consultation booking, reminders, and follow-up emails once a human lawyer approves the request.
Tagoraa does not provide legal advice. The intake assistant is strictly limited to administrative scheduling and contact collection. It never evaluates the merits of a legal matter, never gives legal opinions, and never accepts or rejects a prospective client on a firm's behalf — every booking requires explicit approval from a human lawyer at the firm.
You agree not to:
If safety-related language (e.g., indicating a crisis or emergency) is detected during intake, the assistant will direct the person to emergency services or the firm's after-hours contact instead of continuing standard intake. This is a safety fallback, not a substitute for calling emergency services directly when needed.
Consultation fees, retainer terms, and the decision to accept or decline any given prospective client are set entirely by the law firm — Tagoraa only facilitates scheduling and communication.
Tagoraa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that calendar/email integrations will always sync instantly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagora Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including missed appointments or delayed notifications caused by third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail) being unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts that violate these Terms. A firm may stop using the service at any time; disconnecting integrations and requesting data deletion is available on request (see our Privacy Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tagoraa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Tagora Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@tagoratech.com.
